The Restitution Recovery Unit monitors and collects restitution owed in criminal cases. The unit's restitution coordinators are responsible for monitoring and tracking all court-ordered payments made by criminal defendants.
The Restitution Recovery Unit enforces the court’s order with several different methods, including restitution dockets, contempt hearings, and restitution agreements. Different payment methods have also been made available for defendants to remain compliant, including in-person and by-phone payments. If a Defendant has failed to pay court-ordered restitution after 90 days, or stopped paying, we can help. Victims may contact Amanda Gosa listed on this page
Below, you will find a list of restitution affidavits that you may download, fill out, and submit to our office. If you are unsure as to which affidavit you must fill out, please contact Bradley Williams, Victim Service Officer, listed on this page.
